Effects of Laziness and Hesitation on Job Career and Growth

Laziness means when you are unwilling to work and having no intention to spend one’s energy seems to have a negative impact in multiple areas. It kills our life gradually with deep impact. We begins our careers with a passion, we all setup a goal in life and for achieving that goal we work hard day and night but sometimes we lose ourselves in this battle and also we tend to lose our energy and we stop working with same energy and passion, this is beginning of your laziness. Laziness is like slow poison, it won’t show his effect at early stage but once it is grown, it can overtake any form and will haunt you and hurt you simultaneously.

Let just assume a person who delays all his work and do nothing on time, making mess around him and still expect that his boss and colleagues adores him. Is that possible? "No".                                                               Gradually people will lose interest and trust in him, no matter how genius he was working before and whatever skills he have, once he is tagged with laziness and hesitation label, this is just going to prove fatal for him.
Laziness is a top secret into failure and it have been proved over the times. People get ignorant or goes into denial mode for accepting their failure due to their laziness and hesitation. You only reflect what you’re working and gaining over the time. You can’t make fool of others for long time.
Mostly people prefer being in the company of energetic people because they give such a positive vibe which is essential for our mental health and also gives us a positive jump from our laziness to being productive and executing yourself with maximum gains and latest skills.
The power of idleness and laziness can destroy our personal and professional life and achievements. Lazy people often feel Hesitant because they already assume that they can’t put enough energy to do better. Hesitation basically means having doubts about your abilities, skills and growth. These doubts could be based on your self-motives or your professional insights. When you don't put enough energy and passion to work harder than you will always feel hesitate to face the world of different people with more achievements than you. You will never feel confident while meeting them.
Hesitation is your worst enemy and nightmare, it is better to try and be on point rather than regretting for your whole life. The Hesitant person closes the doors of opportunities. You’d see talkative and confident people doing well in life. They are the boss’s favorites, popular managers, lively presenters and fast risers. Society places a high premium on the ability to talk because when you’re able to convey what you feel, you’re on point. Not being comfortable talking to others seriously limits all that you can achieve in short span of time with your current abilities. He can't connect and network with other people effectively and that’s how he loses the opportunities, opportunities which are meant to be taken.
That's why I say laziness and hesitation are dangerous to you. You should keep yourselves active and confident to have a successful professional life.
