Friendly WorkSpace : Reality or Myth

What is Friendly Work Space?
Friendly Work Space consists on multiple factors like you get flexible environment, no strict policies, you can always raise your voice for your concerns, you get equal opportunities to grow your skills and personality, you don't get blame for other peoples failures, you're encouraged to give your opinions, you're not treated like employee instead treated like as someone is taking care of you and want you to excel yourself in better ways to combat the new challenges. You can spend a lot to get more work and projects but if you can provide friendly work space then it will have positive effect on the end results.

Friendly Work Space As Myth ?
Well i have been hearing different opinions from different peoples and everyone addresses the same problem that friendly work space is just a myth. you're bound to work on tasks, complete tasks and whatever it takes but you got to deliver on defined time by management. They not only express their concerns, in fact, working in tight environment make then worried, pressure cooker and lonely person. Their personal life are totally affecting by this scenario but they cannot complain much because finding another job is very tough job. Companies believe that working more and delivering more will make them grow, may be they grows in lapse of time but it also take away the trust of employees upon them. In many cases, people don't get rewarded for their services and this lead to their frustrations, which ultimately minimize their efforts and their approach to work.

Friend Work Space As Reality ?
Friendly Work Space is indeed a reality and you got to believe in this as you do in different myths. I think 2 out of 10 companies are working on this beautiful reality and they are able to flourish this reality with consistent efforts, time and more importantly decisions, which are not taken and also get implemented on time. I use to listen to many peoples, they just don't believe in this reality because they have never seen it and the which you don't experience yourself, you can't realise its significance and importance. This reality is coming into consideration among many companies now and they are realizing the importance of Friendly Work Environment because building family can produce miracles instead of results in short time.

Why Friendly Work Space should be Reality and not Myth.
This is very important that company who provides good work opportunity should adopt terminology of Friendly Work Space. Letting your to only work will not build any trustworthy relationship and employee won't be able to deliver as expected and will thing to switch after just starting the job. On the other hand if you let your employee to feel and cherish all moments which will release his/tension and unleash new thoughts, certain activities are regularly placed for employees, there are weekly and monthly events, training's are going on, employee can work independently without any pressure, getting involved, giving suggestions, making mark and letting his position to produce new and better results, this is what, Friendly Work Space and Environment can. If you will take the myth part then you may be able to stand up company but it will be only a Company but not a Family where you can cherish every moments.
