Harassment at WorkPlace and its Types

Several ways exists to date to ensure that employees can be harassed at work. Sexual harassment is one of the main and wider forms, but there are also non-sexual types of harassment that can be present on the job.
This is necessary to reckon harassment in the Workplace, because it can affect you, move you and impact your career and growth, in different ways. Knowing what contribute to harassment will help you know and understand how to handle it if it happens to you and your colleagues, or, even better, help you prevent it from happening at the first sight. First thing is to conquer that what harassment is, how to fill for a harassment claim, and what to do if you lose your job because of it or its circumstances.
We have different types of workplace harassment,Lets list down the examples and ways to handle if you ever have to face it.
We know and have many types of harassment that can occur on the job. Workplace harassment, whether it is physically or verbically ,based on sex, jokes, religion, or race, is unlawful and a form of discrimination and disrespect among the colleagues.
Somehow people find its difficult to come up with exact definition for harassment because it have different forms and if your personal and professional life is being compromised then you can claim to be harassed.

Non Sexual Harassment
Harassment is taking place in every workplace and in hiring processes and it's not limited to sexual harassment. If there is something like , race, age, gender, or skin color,  can also be termed as harassment if they compromise with an employee's performance or predict a hostile work environment.
Mainly, Non-sexual harassment can have offensive language regarding a person's physical or mental disabilities to contribute or differences as well. Shouting out or continually claiming that someone's too fat, too old, or too stupid, too thin, too boring can be deemed as harassment. Anything compromising work environment is considered as harassment.

Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment in the workplace contains any uninvited comments, jokes, conduct, or behavior regarding sex, gender, or sexual orientation, sex appealing. It is also a form of discrimination
Sexual harassment never have to occur between colleagues of the opposite sex and is not limited to touching or spoken words. Vulgar images and videos, emails and even staring in a appealing manner can be deemed offensive and can make other person to feel to be harassed and their space is being compromised with offensive actions and behaviors.
