You should not be afraid of change, you may lose temporary charm but whose know that you may end up getting something very good or something which you have been looking for. Don't let your job perks ruining your goals and career advancement, you can get everything back but not the time. Time is always ticking and you get only few chances to make an impact, believe in chance and believe in chances.
"It always require courage and bravery to let go the know things and embrace the new  change".
